National Garden Scheme 2026: The Red House
Explore the five-acre gardens surrounding the former home of Britten and Pears including mixed herbaceous borders, kitchen garden and contemporary planting.
The Red House garden offers a peaceful setting to this beautiful corner of Suffolk.
The National Garden Scheme is passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of gardens to those that own them and enjoy them. They support charities doing amazing work in gardens and health and grant bursaries to help community gardening projects. Being a part of the National Garden Scheme helps support the funds for these charitable causes.
Some areas of the garden are uneven and may require effort to navigate. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
