Join Dave in this Pasta masterclass, where you will make pasta dough from scratch, master the art of three different shapes, and add Unruly Pig sauces and fillings to plate up and taste at the end of the class.

The Unruly Pig in Suffolk has won first place for the past two years running in the UK Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, and the kitchen is led by chef-patron Dave Wall. Before joining The Unruly Pig, Dave worked for Gordon Ramsay at both Claridge’s and The Boxwood Café. He then cooked at the iconic London restaurant Bibendum before returning home to Suffolk. He has been head chef at The Unruly Pig from its opening in April 2015.
