Join us for an evening of rich sounds and captivating grooves as we welcome the new voice of BBC Radio 6 Music, Zakia, to the Britten Studio.

From London’s vibrant club scene to BBC Radio, Zakia has built a reputation for eclectic, immersive DJ sets. Her mixes blend jazz, folk, dub, ambient, and global sounds into an unforgettable night of rhythm and texture.

As a radio host, Zakia presents her widely popular “Dream Time” show on BBC Radio 6 Music, where each week she transports her listeners to different spaces and places with music to ease the mind and lift the spirits.

Support will be provided by Tadi the Great.

From 7pm on the evening pizzas will be available to buy and the Reekie Bar will be open to purchase drinks.
