Join Pump Street Workshop’s David Wright and learn the secrets to a proper homemade sourdough crumpet.

David will demonstrate how to make the batter and then you’ll cook some using batter prepared in advance. You will leave with a recipe, crumpets and the knowledge to make them at home.
