21st Century Workforce: Britten Pears Arts (BPA) Future Leaders Programme
8 – 13 May 2026
At Britten Pears Arts we are committed to building a music industry that is democratic, inclusive, holistic and accessible to all; enabling everyone’s right to a vibrant cultural life.
We believe that one of the levers for change is a fresh approach to leadership – so we want to help shape the future of the music industry by investing in emerging leaders in the field.
Britten Pears Arts’ Future Leaders Programme aims to address this vision.
Who is this programme for?
Early to mid-career professionals in any aspect of the music industry who share our vision and want to strengthen your leadership values, sense of agency and skills in a creative, facilitated, peer-learning environment. You might work as a producer, programmer, manager, agent, artistic director, education lead, or administrator in the subsidised, commercial or education sectors, and in a large or small organisation.
What will happen?
Facilitated by Katherine Zeserson, this residential learning retreat will encompass collective and individual structured reflection, creative activities, focused discussions, vision-building, skills-sharing, top tips, shared meals, walks and guest speaker.
