Christian Marclay, the Swiss-American visual artist and composer has won worldwide acclaim for his explorations of visual media and sound. After winning the prestigious Golden Lion for best artist at the 2011 Venice Biennale, he came to Snape Maltings for a specially commissioned performance piece.
Involving both regular and new collaborators, Steve Beresford, John Butcher, Mark Sanders, Alan Tomlinson, the new work Everyday, used found film footage and a local brass band, Suffolk Phoenix Brass.
