Participant | Ruby Colley

Ruby Colley is a violinist and composer. She creates instrumental soundscapes that are far beyond the realm of traditional playing, with the complex web of sound more akin to an electric orchestra.

Ruby is used the Snape Residency week to gather field recordings from the local area and weave these into her performance practice. Ruby draws upon many different styles such as Folk, Jazz and Classical.
