•    To participate in this giveaway, users must enter their details on the website form via the link brittenpearsarts/christmascompetition. This will automatically put you in the draw for the competition and sign you up to our newsletter database.
•    This giveaway will run until 11.59pm GMT on Friday 5 December 2025.
•    No purchase is necessary.
•    There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the giveaway deadline and they will be contacted by 10 December 2025.
•    The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) except for Snape Maltings Trading Limited or Britten Pears Arts employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
•    The prize consists of £250 of shopping vouchers which can be used in House & Garden, The Shed and the Craft Shop.
•    The voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.
•    If you are the winner, you will be contacted directly by Britten Pears Arts through telephone and/or email. These will be the contact details you enter on the entry form. Further details will then be provided by Britten Pears Arts as to how you get all your details for your prize.
•    If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours, Britten Pears Arts reserves the right to pick another winner.
•    We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
•    We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
•    The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
•    The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
