The Suffolk Horsebox at The Pumphouse will be serving delicious food to revellers, inspired by favourite local suppliers; including aged organic beef smash burgers and their own signature Suffolk pork hot dogs from Salter & King the Butchers, fresh fish from Wightmans Fish shack on Aldeburgh beach, freshly baked rolls from Black Dog Deli, as well as halloumi wraps. There will also be a bar slinging out signature drinks including our Seabuckthorn Margarita, Fishers Gin & Tonic, and Laurent Perrier Champagne.
