Tucked within the heart of Snape Maltings, the Courtyard properties offer stylish, self-catering accommodation with a perfect blend of modern convenience and historic charm. Set around a landscaped central courtyard, these homes provide a peaceful base just moments from the famous Concert Hall, shops, galleries and riverside walks.

Iken View

On the south side of the site, Iken View provides a range of high-quality self-catering homes, formed from the historic maltings buildings. Spacious three-storey terraced houses, with generous open-plan living areas and balconies opening onto river views, offer a combination of three- and four-bedroom properties all with underfloor heating and beautifully finished solid wood kitchens.
