Join us for a strengthening pilates class in the beautiful surroundings of The Red House garden.

Certified instructor Rosie Horsfield leads this special session of Body Control Pilates, designed to improve body awareness, alignment and core strength.

Rosie trained with Body Control Pilates and has been teaching for 12 years. She teaches matwork classes and works with clients on the reformer. She runs classes in the local area and works from a small studio in Aldeburgh. She has a passion for working with a wide range of clients and always seeks to provide variety and enjoyment from her teaching whilst providing a level of challenge that suits each individual client.

Your ticket will also include a complimentary hot drink to enjoy after the session.
